BJY’s
qualifications were approved by the California Energy Commission’s
Engineering Division ("CEC"). BJY was the first engineering
firm so approved to provide engineering, building official, plan review,
and inspection services for the many new power plants presently under
construction and to be constructed. BJY acts for and under the direction
of the State of California. |

BJY’s
experience in providing engineering, chief building official, plan
review and/or building code inspection services for power projects
totals 8,145 mW of generating facilities to date during 2001 and
2002. These services satisfy both the owner by fast-track, pragmatic
teamwork, and the jurisdiction by ensuring code safety standards
are correctly implemented. Most recently a number of additional
power projects awards both in and outside the state of California

BJY
Security provides federal and state certified security studies for
power plants, water plants and distribution, biotechnology / biochemical
laboratories, federal facilities, and state facilities, where appropriate
using 3S™ security, safety and surveillance design protocols.

most of our major Architectural or Engineering designs we provide
2D AutoCAD or 2D MicroStation design files, 3D design visualization
renderings or "walk-throughs" at no additional charge. These
3D files are supplied on CD, DVD or over a secure Internet connection
for your convenience.
